When I spotted this fit on the effortlessly chic Adwoa Aboah I was mesmerised. It's no secret that I adore polka dots but the hot pink accessories are what tie this look together. I'll be attending a family friend's christening in Greece next summer and will certainly be adding this to my outfit mood board! <3

Today is world mental health day and an opportunity for us all to change our inner dialogue. Instead of berating ourselves for being damaged or broken, the focus should be that we're taking steps towards healing and rediscovering ourselves.
