Recently when writing my personal statement for university, we were encouraged to start our piece with a quote from someone we admire. As I was applying to study Creative Writing and was a lifelong admirer of RD's many worlds, I chose: If you have good thoughts they will shine our of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely. I got accepted to all 4 unis, so I guess it resonated with others too!

I think if pushed, I'd lean towards James and the Giant Peach or Matilda or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory... I could go on...

Style crush #2: Margherita Maccapani Missoni

As you probably guessed from her famous surname, she is the heiress to the Missoni fashion house, founded almost 60 years ago by her grandparents Rosita and Ottavio.
Boho-chic is all about the details and whether it's with a gold headpiece, turban or statement necklace, Margherita Missoni knows how to accessorize!
...there's just something so charming about her experimental attitude towards fashion and the way every outfit effortlessly exudes her free spirit nature!

Margherita returned to her gypsy roots by wearing a whimsical wedding dress, along with a statement veil! The intimate reception took place on a farm, where guests wined & dined Moroccon-style at low tables surrounded by an abundance of cushions and were entertained by fortune tellers...
Margherita is currently pregnant with her firstborn who she has already affectionately named Otto, in homage to her grandfather who passed away earlier this year. I'm sure her bambino will be one happy, hippie boy - thanks to his stylish mamma...
